What is the Message Capacity in Edulink One?

Edulink One has a message capacity of 30 MB for attachments, 20 MB for the body of text in Communicator and a maximum recipient body size for Communicator of 100 MB.

If your message is likely to exceed these limits, you can post the attachment (if this is what is causing the issue) to the Noticeboard and send a message to parents directing them to the Noticeboard.
