Parents can book a parents’ evening appointment using Edulink One’s Parents’ Evening functionality to click and book parents’ evening appointments for their child.
Please note that parents’ evenings are created by your child’s school. They will usually send correspondence letting you know that the parents’ evening for your child’s year group is open for bookings. If you need to see a teacher outside of a parents’ evening your school has created, please contact your school or child’s teacher.
If you are experiencing issues with the parents’ evening video call, you can try opening Edulink One on a Google Chrome browser or clearing your browser or app cache. If problems persist, contact your school as there could be a connection issue.

You need to do this through your school. So if you login to your school’s Edulink One and locate the Parents’ Evening icon, you should see the parents’ evening scheduled for your child. Click anywhere on it to book. If you aren’t seeing it, you may need to contact your school because there could be something that requires further support.

Hi Sukhwinder, you need to contact your child’s school and they will point you to where you need to go to do this. School’s may have several events running at the same time, so if you contact them they can let you know which one is the right parents’ evening.
