All of my class has email addresses in SIMS, why is Edulink One not sending to them all?

Where settings are involved, an administrator will need to make amendments in Edulink One.

This could be that your school is using email addresses from the network held in LDAP rather than in SIMS.  Check your settings in the login area of the admin section.  If it is set to LDAP, this means they’re very likely missing from there and need to be added (usually IT Support in a school).

Once they have been added it will require a cache refresh to pull them through.
