Why is the current timetable still showing when I roll forward?

The current timetable will show when you roll forward because Edulink One looks for the ending date of the current timetable and pulls that information through. This would have been set by the MIS manager at the beginning of the academic year. You need to locate the academic year settings in your MIS to view the current dates set for your timetable.

Once the ending date for the current timetable has passed in your MIS, Edulink One will pull through the new timetable after a cache.
