Employee accounts usually are linked with your school/work account. This means you use the same password to log in to the school computer as you do for logging into Edulink One.
If your school login expires, then you must reset your password at the school to also reset Edulink One’s password. Once you reset your password at work, you should be able to type your new password in, along with your username to access Edulink One.
If you are having trouble remembering a password or are having other difficulties related to your account, you need to contact your school’s IT department. They should be able to help you get back on track.
