Edulink One pulls all registers from the MIS, meaning the register has been marked as incomplete there. Once you have resolved the issue within your MIS, your registers will no longer show as overdue.
Arbor checks for incomplete registers 10 minutes after the start of the lesson and Edulink One checks after 15 minutes.
Edulink One looks at the incomplete registers in Arbor, but there’ll be a 5-minute window where Edulink One still thinks it is incomplete, even if the register has been completed in that period.
If the register is due at 8:55 am, Arbor considers the register late at 9:05 am. Edulink One checks this and 5 minutes later, at 9:10 am, you will receive a notification of a late register. Therefore, Edulink One still thinks your register is incomplete if the register is taken at 9: 07 am, for example.
In Arbor, select attendance/ registers/ incomplete registers to view the overdue registers.

Open the ‘Incomplete’ tab to see a list of registers Arbor sees as incomplete.

Edulink One looks at these incomplete registers to determine who to send the notification to.
Teachers can view their own overdue registers in Arbor by going to My Items/ My Incomplete Registers.
