When using the App why do I get notifications about new messages, but when I view my messages I do not see any new ones?

The most likely cause for this is that someone has logged into Edulink One with your device and the App has recorded their account to allow notifications to be sent. 

To prevent this from happening, please do not share access to your Mobile Edulink App.  

To remedy this, you will need to contact the School and supply them with your full name and the name of the other Edulink user who has logged onto your device. They will raise an Edulink Support Ticket and we will reset your App settings.
