One common reason that absence emails may not be coming through to your Edulink inbox is that the mailbox is full.

You or your IT Team (whoever has access to the Edulink One mailbox) must delete the Sent Items from the Edulink mailbox and then delete the Deleted Items. This will allow the emails to start working again.
In the meantime, you can view today’s absences by following the below:
Open the Communicator Tab in Edulink One’s administration settings and scroll to the bottom of the screen. You will see the Messages Log.
Type ‘Learner absence for’ (case sensitive) in the Message Subject field. This will show the parent-reported absences.
