To view the YouHQ of a student in Edulink One, click on the Learners icon.
YouHQ can be configured in the General tab and enabled for all employees or fixed employee groups, depending on who you would like to access the data.
Select the image of the learner that you want to view.
Locate the Wellbeing icon which might be located in the ‘More’ section of the wheel, depending on how much of Edulink One’s functionality your school has enabled.
Inside the icon, you will see the student snapshot report pulled in from YouHQ.
This data is read-only and can only be changed in YouHQ. You can view data by the selected period and the previous years. You can also toggle some aspects of the report.
