Note: This works only for the standard document type. The custom report type uploads automatically into documents

To upload standard reports from Arbor, select Students > Report Cards > Report Cards from Arbor’s navigation menu.

Go to students > report cards> report cards in Arbor.

Next, select the standard report you created from the reports list. If you need to create a new report, you can find information on the process from Arbor.

Select the report card (standard format only)

Click the Download Report Cards button.

Download Report Cards button

Customise the aspects of the report card that you would like to download, including the students the report is regarding and the organisation of the report card. Click generate report card to create the download. This appears in your notifications.

Generate report cards

Next, select the notification you would like to download and click on it. This will appear in your Downloads area on your computer.

Log in to Edulink One and go to the Documents tab in the administration settings. The document upload section is located at the bottom of the tab.

Write a name for your document in the box provided.

Next, select the document type from the menu.

Document type

Lastly, select the Arbor Export option for documents generated within Arbor. Ensure that the format option matches the name on the document. If it is a preferred name rather than a legal one, select the preferred name option. Please note that the student name + form format links to preferred names.

Arbor Custom Reports are automatically displayed in the students’ Documents area. You can also upload documents from external sources, such as Word, but you must format the files differently.

Document format

Once you have selected the format, you need to drag and drop the file you intend to upload into the box. This is located in your Downloads.

If you are using the Student Name + Form option, the form name must be the full form name in Arbor.

A green message indicates that the upload has been successful. The upload appears in the list with the others. All uploads remain in the list unless they are removed.
