There are several factors to consider when setting up your timetable in Arbour to ensure it works with Edulink One.
Firstly, in Arbor teaching, form and other groups are held in structures called Academic Units. We identify Academic Units, which are teaching groups, based on whether the Academic Unit has a subject. Edulink One requires all teaching groups to have a subject to pull them in for class information.
To link an Academic Unit with a subject, go to School > Programmes > Courses.

Select the relevant course(s) from the list and click to open it.

Set the expected subject of the course, e.g. the English Academic Unit would have the subject set as English.

Run a full sync to refresh the data, and you should see the subject appear in homework, resource booking and other areas of Edulink One that use classes as a filter.
Periods and Cycles in Timetables
For timetables to appear in Edulink, periods and cycles must be set up in Arbor.
To do this, go to School> Timetable> Timetable Administration> Timetable Setting.

Then choose the Period and Cycle tab.

Ensure the timetable cycle is configured to a one or two-week cycle.

To add a Timetable Period, select +Add. Give the period a name, a short name, start time and end time and select Add.

After you finish setting this up, run a sync in Edulink One to pull in the correct timetable information.
Timetable for Primary Schools
Primary schools need to follow the same pathway as if setting up a timetable. In this instance, you are looking to set up AM/PM periods. This needs to be done for all days in the cycle.

Why is a period not showing on a timetable?
If a certain period is not showing on someone’s timetable and you expect it to, you need to check for lesson clashes that might impact the timetable.
You can find clashes under School> Timetable> School Timetable > View Clashing Lessons

To view students who have clashing lessons, select the number to the far left of the table. It will give you a list of the students with clashes.

You will also be able to see that clash in the student’s calendar in Arbor.

These lessons (interventions) will appear in the Edulink timetable, and they do pull a register, though you cannot take the register at this time.
