School’s Active Directory Can’t Authenticate You

If you receive the following error message, ‘School’s Active Directory can’t authenticate you because active directory account is outside configured OUs.’ Please contact your IT support team (Your OU: OU=xxx, OU=xxx, DC=xxx).

This error is generated if the user account is not in the configured OUs in the agent settings – an administrator will need to add the OU to the agent settings (or move the account in AD).
