No Access Granted Error Message

If a ‘No Access Granted’ error occurs in Edulink One, it means that your Edulink One administrator has stopped an employee having access.

To resolve this issue, go to the Admin tab in the administration settings. Untick the employee name that has been denied access in the Filter employees settings.

To save your changes, press the Save button at the bottom of the page.
