A ‘Network connection error’ message occurs if Edulink One cannot access one of the following URLs:
- https://www.edulinkone.com (or your on-site Edulink One URL)
- https://provisioning.edulinkone.com
- https://login.edulinkone.com

Please ensure your school’s firewall allows access to all of these URLs. If you are still experiencing problems, contact Edulink One support as there may be other issues causing the error. If you are a parent, learner or employee, contact your school IT support who may be able to help with the network error.
