The Load Users Accounts area displays manual accounts and those accounts configured using LDAP, Microsoft Online and Google that have logged in before.
If using LDAP, Microsoft Online or Google, login accounts will not appear here if the user has never logged in.
Therefore, you must tell the user to log in using their existing school credentials. For further information regarding how to log in, see the following article.
