Uploading iSAMS Document Imports into Edulink One Documents

To upload your iSAMS documents into Edulink One, go to Report Printing in the iSAMS dashboard.

Select Configure> Poral Publishing> Manage Routines and create a new routine.

Name the routine and select ‘Create Routine‘.

Next, use the allocation type button to select an allocation type. Then, select the year group and the report template for the routine and save it.

Once you have created your routine, go to Portal Publishing> Generate Reports.

Click on ‘Create a Run‘. This will generate a zip file containing the reports. Next, select the routine and the report cycle you would like to publish.

A zip folder for your routine will appear in the table. You must download the zip file to upload the documents to Edulink One.

Only an Edulink One administrator can upload documents. They are available in Edulink One until they are removed or automatically deleted after 7 years.

Log in to Edulink One and go to the Documents tab in the administration area.

Scroll to the bottom of the tab and input the name of the routine you would like to upload.

Select the document type from the dropdown menu.

If you select the Medical Note or SEN Note Document Type, this will be uploaded to the Medical and SEN areas of Edulink One, as well as the Document section. Documents that appear in Medical and SEN will also appear in the register when you select a learner to view.

Then, select the file format for upload. It must be in the exact format presented.

You can upload the zip file you downloaded from iSAMS by selecting it from the Documents Archive or by dragging and dropping the zip folder.

Click Save.

The document will appear in the Documents icon in the learners’ and parents’ accounts.

Teachers can view the documents for students from the Learners icon.
