I Can’t See ‘Start Appointments’ on My Parent Event— Why?

Usually, if you can’t see the ‘Start Appointments’ button for a Parent Event, it means that you did not tick the Video Conference box at the time of creation.

Unfortunately, this is not something that you can amend yourself. However, you can contact Edulink One support with the name of your school, as well as the name and date of the parent event you need changing. The support team can do this for you.
