To enable a carer as a contact for a learner, you can use the ‘treat as parents’ option in the login area.
Go to the administration settings and click on the Login tab.

Scroll to the Treat as parents field. Just search for the carer and click the box next to their name. A login will be created for you to issue to them.

This option will allow carers the ability to update a learner’s details which can be approved by the Data Collection manager in the data collection functionality.

Save your settings before exiting the Login tab.
