How do I add Arbor Pinned Notes to my students’ contacts and registers?

Pinned notes are a feature in Arbor that allows you to create notes for learners regarding anything that might require attention. These appear in different sections of Arbor, including Pastoral, Academic and Medical.

Once a note has been created, anything important can be pinned to a student’s profile. These pinned notes are what Edulink One pulls into Registers and Contacts. A cache will be required before you see any changes in Edulink One.
