Clicksend SMS Setup in Edulink One

If you find that you are having issues with your Clicksend SMS in Edulink One, this could be because the password has expired or the password has changed to an API key.

A letter was sent to all Clicksend customers advising customers that password authentication would be changing to API keys and that this is what you will need to input with any integration you might have, including in Edulink One’s Communicator.

Login to your Clicksend account, access your API Key and copy the key.

API Key

Input your Clicksend username into Edulink One’s SMS settings in Communicator. This may be an email address.

Next, paste the API key in the Edulink One password field.

Save your credentials by clicking ‘Save’ at the bottom of the Communicator screen.
