A cover teacher or stand-in can take your register for Clubs. In fact, any member of staff can take any club register for a colleague.
To complete a register for any club, the cover employee must go to their Clubs icon and click it.

The cover teacher must select the All Clubs tab to select your club.

Once the correct club has been selected, the cover teacher can click on the register icon to take the register.

They must then complete the register by ticking the correct icon— a checkmark for present and an X for absent.

Once complete, the cover teacher must click the Update button.

The register is now complete.
